Meet the founder

Founder & Executive Director

Charles Bills is the Founder and Executive Director of Simply Faith Ministries, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating, equipping, encouraging, and empowering youth and adult men to grow in their faith and become transformative servant leaders within their families, workplaces, churches, and communities.

With more than 23 years of leadership experience in the United States Air Force, Charles has dedicated much of his life to developing leaders, mentoring others, teaching, and helping people grow in character, leadership, and purpose. His experience includes serving as a superintendent, Professional Military Education instructor, JROTC instructor, leadership educator, mentor, and speaker.

Charles holds graduate degrees in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Bible Exposition through Liberty University. He is also a certified leadership trainer with the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team and holds professional certifications in fitness and health, reflecting his belief in developing the whole person—spiritually, personally, and physically.

While education and experience have shaped his leadership, Charles believes faithful ministry begins with Scripture, continual spiritual growth, humility, and servant leadership. His desire is not simply to teach information, but to faithfully apply God’s Word in ways that encourage genuine growth and lasting transformation.

Through Simply Faith Ministries, Charles is committed to authentic discipleship, responsible biblical teaching, and equipping youth and men to faithfully serve Christ and make a meaningful difference wherever God has called them.
