Founder & Executive Director

Charles Bills is the Founder and Executive Director of Simply Faith Ministries, a veteran-founded nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, equipping, encouraging, and empowering youth and adult men to grow in their faith and become transformative servant leaders within their families, workplaces, churches, and communities.

With more than 23 years of leadership experience in the United States Air Force, Charles has spent his career developing leaders, mentoring individuals, teaching adult learners, and helping people reach their full potential. His professional experience includes leadership development, organizational leadership, professional military education, workforce training, and mentoring across diverse organizations and cultures.

Following his military retirement, Charles continued investing in people through education and coaching. He has served as a Professional Military Education instructor, a JROTC instructor, leadership educator, mentor, speaker, and organizational leadership practitioner. His passion has always been the same: helping people grow in character, leadership, and purpose.

Charles holds graduate degrees in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Bible Exposition through Liberty University as part of his continued commitment to biblical study and responsible teaching. He is a certified leadership trainer with the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team and has additional professional certifications in fitness and health, reflecting his belief that spiritual growth, leadership, and physical stewardship are interconnected aspects of a healthy and purposeful life.

While education and professional experience have shaped his leadership, Charles believes that faithful ministry begins with a commitment to Scripture, continual spiritual growth, humility, and servant leadership. His desire is not simply to teach information, but to faithfully apply God's Word in ways that help people experience lasting transformation.

As the founder of Simply Faith Ministries, Charles remains committed to lifelong learning, responsible biblical teaching, authentic discipleship, and equipping others to faithfully serve Christ wherever God has called them.
